JOHN S. LONG

Born and raised in New York, John S Long moved in order to begin his college studies at the University of California, Los Angeles. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in English in 1991. His compassion for families and children was enhanced through his experiences as a teacher in underprivileged neighborhoods.

John enjoyed teaching, but felt he could do more as a lawyer, so he enrolled in Whittier Law School in California. Upon graduating in 1999 with a Juris Doctor, he and his wife moved to Naples, FL., where he joined his father’s practice. 

After practicing together for many years, he wanted to branch out on his own. So in 2017, he opened Long & Associates, P.A., with the hopes of making even more of a positive impact on families going through challenging times.

John is a tireless advocate for his clients’ interests and is always working to help clients feel stable in an otherwise chaotic time. To him you are an individual, not a file.
