JENNIFER L. DEVRIES

Jennifer L Devries’ calming nature and incredible legal experience help make her one of the most effective and highly-respected marital and family lawyers in Southwest Florida.

For more than 15 years, Jennifer has dedicated her practice to family law in Naples, FL, and tackles all matters relating to: divorce, paternity, child custody, relocation, enforcement and modifications of agreements, equitable distribution of marital assets and liabilities, temporary and permanent financial support —  including alimony and child support, and appellate work on family law matters.

Jennifer L Devries has a deep understanding of the law as it relates to life-changing circumstances. She handles each case and client with integrity, dignity and respect.

Jennifer grew up in Michigan and received a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Michigan State University in 2001. She received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami in 2004, graduating cum laude. 

She then moved to Naples, started practicing law, got married and had two children. Her children helped instill a sense of community responsibility in her. So she started volunteering and hasn’t stopped! She is a past section chair of the Collier County Bar Family Law Section and served on the Naples Junior Chamber Board from 2014-18. She serves on the Champions for Learning committee, where she has been a member since 2017, and has been a chair panel member on the Citizen’s Foster Care Review Board since 2015.

Jennifer joined Long & Associates, P.A., in 2019.

She is passionate about family law because she knows that her work is meaningful. Her clients are not treated like mere files. While each person has a unique situation and various goals, she is the first person to help them move forward calmly, fearlessly, and help guide them so they can take one positive step at a time.
