John S. Long has practiced Family Law exclusively for over 17 years, taking care of clients from various economic circumstances, backgrounds and experiences. He was born and raised in New York, and attended college and law school in California. Mr. Long graduated from UCLA with a Bachelors of Arts in English in 1991. For several years, he was a teacher in under-privileged neighborhoods in Southern California. Thereafter, he entered law school where he graduated with a Juris Doctor in 1999 from Whittier Law School in Costa Mesa, California.
Upon graduating law school, he and his wife moved to Naples, Florida where he joined his father in his practice. Super Lawyers rated him a top-rated lawyer. He is also AV-Preeminent rated by Martindale-Hubbell. After working with his father and partner for many years, he opened his own law firm of Long & Alguadich, PLLC in January 2017.
Long & Alguadich, PLLC handles complex matrimonial matters, as well as simple dissolution of marriage proceedings. Our focus is to help our clients confront the personal difficulties they find themselves in while successfully navigating them through the legal proceedings of a divorce, custody or paternity proceeding.
